Every one of these DIY-type things (as seen in CEPro!) seem like someone could just walk up to it, yank it off the wall, and install it at their own house! And if you live in a neighborhood where nobody would ever do that then you probably can get by with a plain old doorbell.
Well, this house is in that neighborhood. The odds of actually needing surveillance is pretty low. It’s more likely to be used when one of their drunk friends falls after a party and tries to sue.
