It said they're having another company manage the process for them, so instead of just sending the cert to them you now have to go to this third party's web site and do iti there. Step one? Agree to their terms and conditions before you can proceed. Step 2? Create an account.

That might be the last step for me. It's been getting harder and harder to stay enthusiastic about their product.
