I'm guessing you are wanting to do this to make all 256 IR code for a device and test out. The Philips Pronto remotes had some of the best IR capture for this.

IR Scrutinizer will generate 100% clean Hex codes as well if thats what hes after....

People seem to be making this a lot mre difficult than it needs to be.
