You could buy an old Philips Pronto remote (3500, 7500, etc.) off of eBay and use the software to capture the IR code from the URC remote.
I'm guessing you are wanting to do this to make all 256 IR code for a device and test out. The Philips Pronto remotes had some of the best IR capture for this.
IR Scrutinizer will generate 100% clean Hex codes as well if thats what hes after....
People seem to be making this a lot mre difficult than it needs to be.
