Dropped to a 2, but still going to dump an incredible amount of water.
Storm surge claims have gone down from an expected 10 to 13, to maybe 3 or 4 on the island, although they still expect the high numbers north of me..
Most of the heavy flooding is going to be along the inland areas from 10 to 50 or so miles.
The outer banks, well north of me, are already having the tides rolling over the dunes.
