1995ish Invader is the model. It's a 20' offshore fishing boat. Yam 4 stroke about 10 years old. Runs great, slight hesitation if run max for 5 mins or so. Could stand a tune up and oil change.
You're really not supposed to run at WOT for long periods unless outrunning a storm. Do you mean it hesitates if you drop the RPM and try to accelerate, or it stumbles at high RPM after five minutes? The fuel tank vent may be pulling water in as the fuel use creates a vacuum in the tank, or the vent may be positioned in a way that the spray from the hull enters.
