I've done a few with the new box now, but have been able to use the longer 15M cable and place them into nearby racks.
I believe you have the luxury of working on long term projects which enables you to plan ahead while walls are open and add conduit. On quick in and out one day jobs, you'd have to go without conduit. I would not even attempt to put their cable in the wall without conduit.
