I looked at the 2106 and the 2110. They look great! Bright, USB rechargeable, damn near unbreakable.

Then I read "three light modes." One of those is strobe. WTF?

Why the flamin' hell do they think everybody needs strobe mode? To fight off attackers? In your average (or even in your exceptional!) ceiling or crawl space?

Turn it on, good. Turn it off, good. Have to push the button an extra time, every time? BS.

Really, what's with strobe? I've suspected for a long while that a great IC salesman is at the root of this stupidity, and every time I see "strobe" I feel like I'm reading Vogon poetry. Salesman said "this controller IC not only squeezes all the power out of the battery, it also has a strobe mode! Everyone will love it! Buy it from me! Buy it now!" Some idiot did, and since then everybody has been afraid not to include it on their flashlights.
