The problem is the original company no longer in business and they never supply the codes to clients.

Question for Mac, I have the Crestron toolbox how ever, I can't find the cable that connects to the remote. Also, not sure if the codes stored in the remote at all.
I think the processor is where the code is located, not sure.

It has been a long time but i think that the remote just gets the text labels for the soft buttons at the top and the programming is stored on the processor. You also have to set the remotes ID.

What kind of system do you have? It might be worth it to have it reprogrammed so that you have access to the programming code. On the other hand 10 years is a long time. Might be time to upgrade.
