OK, but Spectrum and ATT both use Ookla and it's common to see the wireless speed at about half of the wired speed when the customer went out and popped for a cheap router or in some cases, say "I know what I'm doing" when network setup is offered.
They may have customers use it. Probably a bad idea. The techs do not. They use a multi thousand dollar Viavi ONX meter to do all ref and network test. They do not rely on sites such as ookla.
