1. one customer calls, early Apple TV has died
2. another customer with two early apple tvs in the same house - both have died
3. just got to another customers house, his apple tv has died
Is it just me?
These are all early first gen or 2nd gen apple TV's I think
I unplug and re-plug and no light and no video.
maybe it just a coincidence...
We have had multiple older units over the last two weeks lock up and require full resets. In one of the cases, we had reset the unit a couple weeks ago. It now needs it again. We haven't seen this happen before and now we've seen multiple units over a few weeks. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
