The resolution was the first thing I thought of... I asked the security guy to set it to 1080p. I did not verify that he actually did! I値l check that out if I can get into the thing.

I値l call you when I知 on site. If I can稚 get it to fly.

Why does the EDIDB and the JRPLUS seem to be made backwards? The male end is labeled DISPLAY ... it would seem to me that this end would be the one plugging into the device so it would be on the output of the NVR, not hanging out of the Surround Receiver.

Uh, HDMI cables have two male ends, or did you mean 'send vs receive'? The Display end DOES need to go to the AVR if it's coming from the DVR/NVR. Also, it's not "hanging out of", it's 'plugged into'- 'hanging out of' kind of implies that the signal leaves the AVR and goes somewhere else, but it doesn't.

Did the HDMI cable need to be active because it's extremely long, or is it "what was in stock'? If you didn't provide it, did you try a different cable?
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."
