The resolution was the first thing I thought of... I asked the security guy to set it to 1080p. I did not verify that he actually did! I値l check that out if I can get into the thing.

Why does the EDIDB and the JRPLUS seem to be made backwards? The male end is labeled DISPLAY ... it would seem to me that this end would be the one plugging into the device so it would be on the output of the NVR, not hanging out of the Surround Receiver.
