For what it's worth - I've personally been disappointed with the Ring because of the app load time when someone is at the door. By the time I pull out my phone, unlock it, open the app and finally get video - more often than not the person has decided I'm not home and walked away. I'm glad I put it in my own home first because I would not want to be dealing with a customer that had the experience I've had with it.
