DO NOT USE DISH HOME APPLIANCE REPAIR!
They currently require a $100 "Diagnostic Fee" prior to coming out. We knew our issue was due to a fan failure and had them come out to replace the part and they never ran a diagnostic procedure on the oven. We spent multiple hours on the phone getting the run-around trying to get reimbursed to no avail.
