If the connect is the wired access point for other SONOS units, having CONNECT inside a metal rack is not optimum. I can accept that this arrangement worked for a while, however, it always was a fragile wireless arrangement and if the environment changed, even moving a unit just a little, this could push over the edge. Wireless interference and poor signal levels leave clear tracks in the diagnostics.
