Starting a new thread on this as I listed it as part of another thread and other subjects.

I added prime video to a clients Apple TV the other day and navigation commands do not work. Menu works and navigation commands work outside of the app and within other apps.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?

Also, I noticed something I don't recall seeing before... navigation through the device menus was strange. In a vertical menu, up and down do not work (only left and right to move up and down). In a grid menu, up and down work as expected but anytime you move up or down, the un-highlighted position cursor will jump to the first item in the row and an item will not highlight until you move left or right. I may have missed the boat on this since I don't have a Gen4 model in use at home.
