I hope that this will be optional. I don't like to do programming in the cloud because the cloud slows things and I often work in areas that don't have any practical connection or the connection is very slow. Having the ability to (optionally) save a copy of the program in an RTI administered cloud would be handy as a backup and could allow program recovery by an abandoned customer.
