That’s what is says in their email today. Coming this year it says and sounds more reliable coming from Sonos than it does from Apple itself. Surprised Apple would even allow this on Sonos. I think this means game over for all other players including Apple
Agreed. Considering Sonos is the only streaming product that Apple allows to access Apple Music, which people are moving to in droves. Now with this announcement I think we all know what’s next for Sonos......the Apple home pod is an incredible failure....Apple is one of the few companies that can afford to buy Sonos. It’s only a matter of time.
This being said, it’s strange it only works on the Sonos ONE, playbase and play5. Why the playbar is Omited is weird, unless a redesign is in the near future. Also the play3 is being discontinued
