I have another client with a 4K Apple TV that we had to go out four times to play with adjustments. So far I haven't had a call yet.

Yeah, honestly I'm at the point where I'm telling every client that the streaming video devices are necessary but they are a major pain and they should expect issues, reboots, and having to enter passwords often. It just comes with the territory...Like your cell phone but controlled with a remote. Helps sell IP remote management though.
