Actually that could be any TV manufacture these days.
I rarely ever have problems with Sony TVs, but last year I did have 3 (I think?) that had issues in warranty. It was the biggest f^n nightmare to try and get service. One of the TVs was a smaller entry level model, I just gave the f^ up and threw it away. Bought the customer another - even with the other profit on the job, i lost my arse on that one. Really pissed me off. The other 2 both took over a month to get serviced. 100% unacceptable!
But have seen the same with Samsung (even worse) and LG. Once that 30 day exchange policy is gone, GOOD LUCK!!!
