It might depend on the QA inspector for Dish in your area...they can fail installers for many different reason and that greatly effects the installer. When I worked for Dish 59 was allowed for standard Joeys while Super Joeys required 3 GHz RG6 because they have tuners in them. As far as I know the 4K Joey is fine with 59.
