I've been using Araknis now for a couple years.  Started with it in my own house and have now used SnapAV networking, surveillance, WattBox and OvrC for the last two big projects and also rolled it out as upgrades for 5-6 existing clients that were a mix of Ubiquiti (Unifi & EdgeRouter), Mikrotik, Cisco, BluBolt & APC.

There were some things I liked about Ubiquiti & Mikrotik better, but the whole OvrC ecosystem is compelling and has been working well for me.  It's got enough features for what I need to do and having the centralized management for all the devices is great.  WattBox for me has been a game changer.

I came on board with the SnapAV products after they got through the initial issues that have been mentioned.  I haven't had a single failure from any of the product categories mentioned and don't think I've even had to call tech support about anything weird... it's just been working.
