Ya agreed. Stranded for the racks not solid cable. Ideally only solid thru walls to punch down blocks. Then stranded from there to devices. Personally I have more experience with cat 6 then 5. I stopped using cat 5e like 5 years ago. Idk why anyone still F's with it. I tossed away 1000 ft spools.
