We wouldn't even entertain a different solution. Planar has free annotation software that integrates with their touch enabled displays. If they have to have a "whiteboard", just give them a piece of white glass, to the side of the display, on which they can write.

Or you could just spend a lot of your own time and money, trying to save them some money!
