We do a LOT of Brightlinks and J-touch for schools. We have done both in conference rooms as well just not as frequently. Either would work well for a conference room, I like the Epson for software but the J-touch for better precision with its pen. If you get a finger touch unit for the Epson, definitely get the Epson white board to go with it. If you just use the Pens any white board will work well.
The J-touch is of course easier to install. Do not use keystone control on the Brightlinks, make sure they are aligned perfectly if you want the interactive features to work well. keystone is bad for picture quality on any projector anyway, best to avoid it.
