Well, it's only required if you want to keep your Gold,Silver, whatever status, I believe.
We don't do huge amounts of volume with C4 (commercial integrator) so we were never given a status other than "authorized dealer", when they made that change. We also don't get listed on "Find a dealer" through the website.
BS if you ask me, but what do I know.
