Well, in this particular scenario the switch did not work so well.
System: 4K Roku, old ass Meridian system, Epson projector, ethereal HDMI HDBaseT extender. Optical out from Vanco switch to Meridian.
First off, no video would even come through without adding an HDMI splitter between the switch and extender.
Second, after burning a crap load of time, audio was still not synced.
