It's Eero, so 3 APs with the same SSID, all broadcasting 2.4 and 5. No gateway, a Surfboard modem, Routerboard, and Eero. No guest network, just the main SSID. Client has Apple phones and iPads, not sure about the guests. I will ask.
He mentioned it worked on one floor better than another. Maybe one Eero is tanking. Shows up good on the app.
