Which you don't have to do since it's for MUSIC. Not everyone wants one app and not everyone wants control of thermostat, lights, or anything else. Fact is that people are used to using different apps for everything. They'll use one for banking, one for calendar, one for recipes, one to tell them fart jokes. Most people don't care if they have to go to Sonos app for music and Lutron app for lights.
We obviously deal with a different customer base and have different philosophies when it comes to integration. We very rarely deal with folks that just want music in a couple rooms. People around here, who are OK with Sonos based music, just do it themselves for that kind of thing.
