MAKE THE RIBBON STATIC!!!!

Why is this such a difficult task. I designed user interfaces for people for years. Making something as important as "My Sonos","Browse", "Rooms", "Search" and Settings not static is stupid. This is the first thing they teach you in UI design. quick easy navigation and less button presses will provide the best user interface. If the ribbon at the bottom of the app was static, it would be great...but sometimes it is there and sometimes not. I have been getting calls all day long since this update happened and people are not happy....not happy at all. We have been on the Sonos bandwagon since 2005 and this app is complete garbage. We are in the busiest time of the year, and we are having to take time away from our scheduled installs to show people how to work the new app.

Also, requiring the password to add a zone player to a system is stupid. My customers can't remember their WiFi password much less their Sonos password. Yesterday and today, it took me 2 hours to add four pieces to an existing system we did not do, and it took and hour to a ONE Connect amp. All systems we didn't do, all done by either the customer or another integrator. All meant that I was late picking up my kids from daycare and getting yelled at by literally everyone.

Sadly, I have talked to two other local dealers having the same problems. Is this the beginning of the end for Sonos???????

All they really have to do is just not suck....everything else is in place...so annoying....the password thing is really stupid.
