The open top Veto is somewhere between the open top models that others have linked to above and a home depot bucket. What i mean by that is the bottom is hard plastic and water proof and the sides wont cave in on you so you always have easy access to whats inside. The soft side tool bags always lose their shape or soak up water if you put them down on a wet surface.

If you go with the veto you wont ever have to buy another open top tool carrier again.

Try searching for "open top" or "open mouth" carriers or bags. Lots of them but most dont have a plastic bottom or they have a zipper top.
