Stick with Veto.  I was going through "cheap" bags about every year so the reason I tried them years ago was because of the 5 year warranty.

My first XXL was $250 and after 3 years the zipper started to tear a little.  They sent me a brand new one and I used the package it came in to send the old one back.  I've had this one for over 5 years now and no issues.  They stood behind their product and their warranty.
