In 15 years that I've been in business, only 1 client asked for HAI programming software, which I sold him but he never even picked up.
The only question I am ever asked is the ability for homeover to change passwords on WiFi.
No one ever asked to change macros, favorites, programming, events, schedules, etc.
That might be a function of be doing a great job in understanding customer's needs and delivering on their wishes, or more likely that people are so busy with their lives that they just don't care about small changes (or they email/text me and I get them done remotely in few minutes).
I've had more than a few ask.about the.maming changes themselves in regards to when they add new equipment.
