Sorry, not familiar with the services you listed. As for "those" sites -- I won't recommend them to my clients, I can't make money on them, they'll always change the way they're accessed and navigated -- in other words, I stay out of that type of conversation.
I'll connect whatever client provides and will program the controller to switch to that input, but that's as far as I'll go. When the call comes in that the gizmo is not working, I'll ask if the TV/AVR says InputXYZ (or HDMI2, etc.). If the answer is yes, my hands are clean and issue is with client provided equipment. Anything on this side of things is T&M with no warranties.
