My favorite Tin Ho story (probably just the way he tells it) was of a guy who called him for support on a Runco projector. The image would not fill the screen (obviously someone mounted the projector in the wrong location). After acquiring some details of the install from the installer on the size of the screen, the current throw distance, etc., Tin Ho's response was "Hang up phone. Move projector or screen. Call me back." The guy actually called him back....he moved the projector and magic....it worked out!
