No, the lines in the picture were just lighter sections of the picture. They looked very similar to how a the lines from a ground loop look as far as color, but were stationary and had a lot more of them.
OK, this is different.
This sounds more like an HDMI board failure, possibility due to heat.
Still call me this morning when possible.
