UPDATE: She was still having issues with Netflix thru Samsung.
After a short Google search, I found a guy who has a "fix" for now. He believes that once the user moves out of Netflix (to watch TV for instance), Netflix is STILL running in the background. Once the TV is shut off (actually, the TV is now in "sleep mode"), Netflix is STILL on. After a period of non-use, Netflix freezes up. To fix the problem, you COULD uninstall SmartHub (then reinstall everything again), OR just pull power for 15-30 seconds. Removing power clears Netflix and it starts without issue.
NOW.... I am looking for a way to "exit out of Netflix". He made mention of exiting out of Netflix before going onto a different source. I can't seem to find a way to do this. I tried "exit", I tried "left arrow" in navigation. Nothing seems to get the TV to ask: "Are you sure you wanna leave Netflix".
So my question is.... Does anyone know the secret handshake?
