Why do 2 sources make you need a matrix switch?
Or are you just talking about a hdmi switcher with single output?
For that many sources, I like Atlona's HDVS line, especially the kits with built-in scaler on the receiver. These will give you 1 VGA and 2 HDMI inputs. Controlled by RS232, IP, IR or auto sense. Power supply required at receiver end.
