I have a customer that has phone from Spectrum/ Time Warner. I would like to hook up a flasher/strobe to that system when the phone rings in 3 locations. Can someone point me in the right direction as to what to purchase to get this running? Can it run directly off of the phone voltage. Does a Specturm/ Time Warner system that comes out of a modem give off a voltage when it rings? I would assume so since it can power a standard old telephone.
