Sorry to hear that. We had to go through that about a month ago. First time I'd ever had to do it. Growing up our dogs always got hit by a car or had something happen. I cried like a baby. I think it was easier when I grandparents passed. I had more time to prepare and could talk to them.

I agree it's easier when old people die than when old dogs die.
Old people have been around a long time but old dogs, only 12-15 years to us even though it's 90 to them.
