Just like a drivers test you should have a year long course on kids, how kids are made and prove fiscal responsibility. Would solve a lot of governments problems around the world.
I also can't figure out why there isn't a male birth control yet too. Figure if a woman is on it and a man is on it the percentage rate goes to almost zero for "oops" babies...
Agree 100%. My wife and I are having some set backs in consideration of a second child. We have looked into adoption and considering the qualifications for it, maybe we use that as a basis for natural birth.
