We ran the fibers, then it got taped/mudded and painted. Then we came back in and trimmed all of the fibers to length. Looked pretty good in my opinion. CShepard may have a picture with the lights off, but here is one with the lights on.

and here is one with the grid layed out on the back side of the drywall as we were running the fibers. the little pieces of tape had color coded dots for which size fiber to run.

A few of the fibers did get covered up/broken off in the process, but it was surprising how few of them did.
