If you can find drawings that call out the dimensions of the plate and the two holes where the screws go (if I remember correctly), or if someone here could measure them for you, you could have a metal shop cut them for you. I once had a job where the budget was "whatever it took" and we did this, followed by having the plates brushed and anodized at a plating shop.

This might be beyond the budget, but the actual shape and holes are about the simplest job that a metal shop can do, so the cost might not be too bad.

At $55 from Lashen, suddenly custom cutting and finishing doesn't seem outrageous. However, the photo on the Lashen page seems to show a 2U panel. Could it be that?
