The problem you'll find is that the HDMI cable itself is not rated for outdoor use. In other words, I wouldn't trust a cable that is manufactured to be used indoors only, for an outdoor solution. Many things can and will degrade that cable over time.

Also, conduit size required for low voltage will be smaller because you don't need to feed an HDMI head through.
