The problem you'll find is that the HDMI cable itself is not rated for outdoor use. In other words, I wouldn't trust a cable that is manufactured to be used indoors only, for an outdoor solution. Many things can and will degrade that cable over time.

Also, conduit size required for low voltage will be smaller because you don't need to feed an HDMI head through.

Do you know of a fill calculator for low voltage wires? I emailed those guys about it but figure you might already know.

It would have been very good to have had a calculator for those times when some uninformed "value engineer" changed the 1" EMT that we specified to 3/4". We could have submitted calculations with the spec.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Ya I don't see any direct burial ones on the market.

Pads is now poured with conduit thru it.

actually you can if the low voltage is controlling the high voltage and the low voltage wiring has the same insulation rating as the HV wiring

yup, I was wrong --

LV and HV can share a enclosure or outlet box so long as the LV is controlling the HV but it does not apply to raceways

Why not just run the LV conduit in the center and run the power to come up behind the pole. Mount a Outdoor electrical box to the conduit. Power cord runs through the top knockout/grommet in the pole and out the bottom and into the outlet with weatherproof cover/GFI outlet. Or come up the side of the pole and mount the box there above the height of the grommet in the back. Have the guy plant some stuff around the pole and you won't see any electrical box.

You didn't say which mount you are attaching to the pole. I assume fixed. In that case there should be more then enough length on the power cable. Not sure about the articulating mount.

Thought about it with arlingtons gard n box. Then dig deeper and said u know what. I can just mount a single gang weatherproof to this tv post and make it all work. I found a single gang narrow enough under 3" to fit it.

And yes fixed mount.

The planting stuff around it is a good idea.

There is no calculation for low voltage conduit fill as it doesn't matter. The reason there is a maximum number of wires for line voltage (or what you call high voltage) is due to heat that the line voltage produces.

for a 1-1/4" Conduit your only issue will be trying to pull the HDMI heads through the 90s. With only 2 you shouldn't have an issue but you never know.

As others have stated there aren't any Outdoor rated HDMI cables and your conduit will fill with water so you should keep that in mind when supplying the HDMI cable.
You can't fix stupid

Solid answer on the conduit. Thanks. Ya I'll just toss a balun in and be done with it. Not worth the service call 2 years from now. Then again maybe it would lead to upgrades maybe I should go hdmi? Lol. Jk.
