It may detect it, but you can manually get into it- when the software opens, you should have a black bar at the top with 'Customer Accounts' to the left. Click on New Account and create it, using the customer's name, etc. I don't use the actual e-mail address because I don't want them to be barraged by messages, so I may use their name or
