Enough years of doing retrofit and being around construction sites and you can almost almost do it with the naked eye...and a couple of creepzit rods... and an existing outlet to cheat with. But if it works WELL I'm down. I have my doubts though considering all stud liars seem to suck anyway.
I certainly wasn't asking for recommendations on products that work POORLY. If I wanted something that sucked I'd go to Dollar General or Harbor Freight.
