From my experience, UPB (Both SA and PCS) switches are far more reliable than Lutron. I can count on one hand the UPB failures. I'd have to take my shoes off to count the Lutron failures. I don't feel Lutron has a high failure rate but my experience indicates it is not AS reliable. The company itself on the other hand....

But I have never installed the PCS switch panel. It would probably elevate their business if they would make an actual panel and dimmer/switch "modules" like big blue does (and Vantage)
