The single cat5 is required to share Audio AND Network at each location. This is what is the limiting factor. I understand that I can install a network switch at each location to provide multiple ports, but I was also wanting to share the sources between the two head ends, and with only one cat5 at each location back to the demarc finding a solution that is able to transmit network and audio over a single cat5 is being difficult.
