Hard buttoned only keypad with a streaming platform is a bit of a joke. Its fine as a secondary interface to quickly pause, play, or skip tracks, and for volume, but that is it. How would a customer who refuses to use an app select what music to listen to with the Caseta option? Curious as I have never used it.
